Raptor Privacy Policy

The following document goes over information
regarding the privacy you have with Raptors Dev Team.
The following shows the data that we may privately look at, the data we actually store, and what information we will not look at.
If you have any concerns that there is use of data not listed here, please inform us at the Raptor Kingdom Server

Stored Data

Specific commands may store other types of data. Obviously, your settings are stored as whatever you input.
Commands store the minimal amount of required information.
For example, some of the target channel overwrites, and simple information about the server (the server ID and the server name.)

Overall, the following list shows all the data ever stored in the database:

Guild name
Guild ID
Channel ID’s
Channel overwrite’s information
Guild member ID’s
Guild role ID’s
Member role ID’s

Punishments issued by punishment commands with Raptor.
The data may include the moderator ID behind the punishment, the target, the date, the punishment length, the punishment expiration date, the punishment reason, the punishment type, and the punishment identifier Server settings, locked channels, AFK users, and tags

Again, not all of this data is stored unless specific commands are sent that require Raptor to store them.

Stored Data on Platform

Some data is not stored in any database but rather on the Discord platform itself, accessible to other users.

DM’s

Your DM’s with Raptor are never viewed or stored anywhere. Although, it is best to not send personal things in it’s DM’s, just like any bot or user’s DM’s.

Information you can request to delete / change

Although it is typically not ideal, you can always request the deletion of your server settings and other stored data on your server.
You can also request simple and eligible changes, such as changing the server name to the current name, or if there is an issue with changing data with a command.
Of course, there are limitations to this.

Obviously, you cannot request to change the stored server ID, change the name to a random name, or change other useless settings that you can easily change yourself.
Asking too frequently to change or delete your data may have us ignore the request momentarily as that is wasting our time.
